Car Show
Opening Ceremony begins at 9am.
Please plan to have your cars parked and registered from 8:30-9:00am (if possible). The Car Show judging will begin at 10am and awards given at 11am.
Registration Forms will be available on the day of the event. A $20 donation is requested for each car show entry.

Category winners will receive a unique event award!
Vehicles will begin parking at the Clark Volunteer Fire Department grounds. This is a gravel lot. Overflow will be next door in the Clark Cemetery parking lot, also a gravel parking lot. Be advised that wind and dust are possible in Clark, WY. Please check the weather and our event Facebook Page for any event updates.

Silent Auction
Set up inside the Multi-Purpose room at the Clark Pioneer Rec Center will be tables filled with donations.
A registration table will be set up to get bidder's phone numbers to contact after the auction is over.
Please place your bids for items throughout the morning and know that ALL MONEY RAISED through this silent auction will be donated to our 3 organizations: the Clark Volunteer Fire Department, the Clark Pioneer Recreation Center, and Downrange Warriors.

Canyon Run or 1 Mile Run / Walk
Do you have what it takes to face the canyon? To run the distance from the Clark Pioneer Rec Center to the mouth of the Clark Canyon and back? A whopping 17 Miles! Or walk/run 1 mile, in their shoes?
Come show honor and respect to those who sacrifice so much for us.
Please register in advance, BEFORE August 31st, 2022 to guarantee receiving your unique finisher’s award!
Registration may take place AFTER August 31st on the day of the event. Please arrive early to register.
Registration/packet pickup will be at 06:30am, September 10th for 17 mile run, and from 8am – 9am on September 10th, for the 1 mile walk/run.
Event opening ceremonies at 9:00am
17 mile Canyon Run to begin at 7:00am**
1 mile run/walk begins at 10am
**The event concludes at 2pm. Any runners/walkers remaining on the course at 2pm will be brought back to the Clark Pioneer Rec Center.
The first 50 registered will receive a SWAG bag of products from our event donors.
**All walk/run fees are donated to the In Their Shoes fund through the Clark Pioneer Rec Center.
Race Day Information
Aid stations will be set up periodically for the 17 mile canyon run. They will be self serve and CUPLESS.
This means you are responsible for carrying your own bottle(s), hydration packs and cups. The course is a down-and-back, beginning at the Clark Pioneer Rec Center.
For the 17 mile Canyon Run, a designated area will be set up prior to the finish (about 1 mile from the finish) where you may place a bag to change into. For example: Military Boots, Ruck Sack, Firefighter helmet, etc. Please be sure to put your name on your bag!
You can either drop your bag off at this spot before the start of the race, or leave your bag at the check in and a race coordinator will take it to the drop off spot.
Regulations for Event Participation
- In Clark, we never know what the weather will be like – it could be chilly, hot or windy! Come prepared with layers.
- We also recommend running with bear spray and your phone. The course is completely paved, but this is bear/wild animal country.
- By registering for this event, you agree that the Clark Pioneer Rec Center, the Clark Volunteer Fire Department and vendors/participants are not liable for any damages, losses, or health issues.

Pie Judging Contest
Have you been told you have the BEST Peach Pie? Or Apple Pie? Do you have the tastiest crust? Or the most beautiful design on your pie? Now is your chance to SHINE! We want you to enter your pie(s) in our Pie Judging Contest!
Registration Table will be set up in the Multi-Purpose room at the Clark Pioneer Rec Center.
There is a $5 registration fee (donation) for each pie entered.

Watermelon Eating Contest
Following the Pie Judging Contest, prepare to cheer on your friends and neighbors as they devour watermelons in our Watermelon Eating Contest!
Tables will be set up outside of the entrance to the Clark Pioneer Rec Center.

Clark Mart / Vendor / Craft Show
Our Clark Mart indoor vendor/craft show will be set up inside the gym of the Clark Pioneer Rec Center! Beautifully crafted items will be available for purchase from locally made artists and artisans.
Want to become a vendor? Tables are currently available for $30 per 8x8 table space. Each 8x8 space includes the use of 1 table.
Regulations for Clark Mart Participation
- Set up is from 7-9am on Saturday morning September 10th. Tear down must be done following the event and space must be clean prior to leaving.
- Registration will be accepted until all spaces are filled
- Only one vendor per type
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- Registration fee must be completed and registration fee paid in order to reserve your vendor spot
